Senior Fee - $60.00 

Due by November 4th via EFunds on Lincoln Website* (will be available at the beginning of November) 

This fee includes the cost of the Diploma & Cover, Senior Convocation Ceremony, Annual Senior Brunch, Graduation Expenses, Graduation Parking, etc. 

*Can be paid via Cash (exact change please), check or money order payable to Lincoln High School during Gov/Econ classes on November 4th. 

Cap and Gown Fee - $43.50 

Payments will be accepted online or on campus ordering days (Oct. 15th during gov/econ classes in the e-lab or that evening between 5:30 -7 PM in the Forum) via cash (exact change please), check, or money order payable to Herff Jones. Seniors who do not have a gov/econ class can visit the auditorium during lunch or between classes.

October 7th @ 9 AM Senior assembly, panoramic photo taken, and Herff Jones grad order information distributed (Auditorium) 

October 15th Cap and gown and graduation announcements on-campus order day with Herff Jones representative (in Econ/Gov class) 

October 15th @ 5:30 PM Guidance Senior Parent Night (Lincoln Forum) and Herff Jones Parent Night for cap and gown and announcement ordering 

November 4th Senior fee payments and Behavior Contracts due 

January 7th & 8th Cap and Gown photos taken through English classes. 

January 14th Apply for Grad Bash 

January 22nd Grad Bash payments taken from those selected 

First week in April Grad Announcement Delivery (balances owed must be paid) 

TBD Grad Bash

April 24th 8 to 11 PM Prom (Tallahassee Automobile Museum) 

April 30th Cap and gown delivery 

May 12th @ 6:30 PM Convocation (Check-in begins promptly at 5:30. All seniors welcome, those being recognized will get letters but ALL may attend and participate to celebrate the accomplishments of this amazing senior class!)

May Senior Last Day - Field Day 

May 19th (tentative) 12:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. Graduation Rehearsal (MANDATORY for ALL Seniors Participating in Graduation) 

May 20 @ 7:00 P.M. Graduation @ Donald L Tucker Civic Center (check-in begins promptly at 5:30, 

Doors for Spectators will open at 6:00 P.M.) 

We will communicate important senior information on the following outlets – Remind App (see below), Listserv, Senior Assemblies, Senior Website, and during Government/Economic and English classes. Seniors and their parents should both be on Listserv and the Remind App so important announcements are not missed.

OBLIGATIONS - ALL obligations, textbooks, and Chromebook must be paid/turned in or the senior’s final transcript will not be submitted and their diploma will not be issued. 

BEHAVIOR / PARTICIPATION - Grad Bash is the ONLY school approved senior trip. Unacceptable behavior (including suspensions), excessive absences, and/or use or possession of drugs and/or alcohol at any Senior or School Event will prevent students from participating in ANY SENIOR EVENTS.
